STRONG AS A MOTHER
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who are ready to take their fitness and vitality to the next level. This program helps you transform your health, gain strength, and improve your nutrition. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME. You do not have to be fit or "in shape" to do this program. If you haven't exercised since having your first child, it's okay. We start where you are, and build you up from there.
Is Body Back® right for me?
There are no short-cuts, magic pills, gimmicks, fads, fat-shaming or fit-shaming in Body Back®. This program focuses on consistency, REAL results, and accountability in a friendly and supportive environment, designed especially for moms. If you aren't ready to do the work and to be supportive, we are not the right program for you.
What are my options for Body Back®?
Body Back Transformation - an 8 week program with everything taken care of! This program is designed to take care of your workouts, nutrition, meal planning and more!
Body Back Membership - do you just want to get sweaty with us but you dont need the nutrition help? This is the plan for you! Weekly classes designed to work you out and lift you up!
Membership Add-On - Existing members of FIT4MOM Fruita have the option to participate in just our Body Back classes with the Body Back Membership Add - On
Transformation participants can look forward to twice weekly classes, online support, meal planning, recipes, and more!
