Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! Stroller Strides is a wonderful Mommy-and-Me activity!
Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and strength training using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post-natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.
Dress appropriately for exercise. Bring a water bottle & yoga mat for core work and stretching. It is helpful to bring a small toy or snack for your child while in the stroller.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! PRE-REGISTRATION and physicians approval is required.
Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process.
Prior to attending Fit4Baby, please obtain your physician's approval by having them complete this form or provide you with their own form or letter. It will be collected at the first class. Please bring water to class, all other equipment is provided by your instructor.

This is a group for beginner and experienced runners and everyone in between! Drop ins and sessions are available to meet your schedule and training needs. Each run is coached by a certified FIT4MOM Running Coach.

Introducing Mompreneur, Yogi and my friend, Ellen Robinson:
Ellen has been practicing yoga for 13 years and has been teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. Ellen attended her first yoga class as a cadet at the Air Force Academy. After graduation, Ellen found yoga to be a nice complement to her lifting and cardio workouts. After attending hot yoga for the first time in Grand Junction, Ellen was hooked.
Ellen has obtained a yoga certification through AFAA, completed level 1 with Baron Baptiste, attended Art of Assisting with Baptiste staff, attended workshops at Academy of Yoga in Grand Junction and Yoga One in Charlotte, NC, to name a few. Ellen has taught yoga in a wide variety of settings including country clubs, gyms, community centers, Lululemon stores, yoga studios and outside. Ellen teaches Hot Vinyassa Flow, Hot Yoga for Life and Kids Yoga.
